An exceptional surge. The same care for guests.
On October 20 and 21, 2026, flooding left travellers stranded around Istres. HubOne3 stayed open, filled up and received nearly two months’ worth of calls in just 48 hours.
The challenge was simple: keep welcoming guests and help those who needed it, while the phone kept ringing.
Calls taken care of. Room for the team to breathe.
Already in place at the hotel, Lynor answered calls and let people know about room availability. The front desk could focus on guests in the hotel and the situations that needed their attention.
That time allowed the receptionist to find somewhere to stay for a couple, a family with a young child and two stranded workers. The initiative came from her. Lynor gave her the time.
From the hotel’s management · translated from French
« We got through those two days without any particular stress from the calls, because we knew they were all being taken care of. »
More time for guests. Less pressure on the team.
- Calls taken care of, even during an exceptional surge.
- Time to welcome guests and find solutions.
- A calmer team and a hotel that kept running.
While Lynor answered the phone, HubOne3 could take care of people.
