Memory and context in Lynor
Context helps Lynor handle the current conversation. Memory is supported information from earlier interactions that can be made available again when relevant.
Company context
Company context includes configured services, instructions, policies, availability and connected tools. It explains how the agent represents that business; it is not a customer profile.
Conversation context
Lynor can use the request, channel, qualification details, summaries and outcomes that are available to that deployment, so a conversation can continue without repeatedly asking the same information.
Practical limits
Available information depends on the channel, configured deployment and connected systems. Lynor does not claim universal or unlimited memory.
Why context changes the quality of qualification
Qualification is more useful when the agent can connect the person’s current request to what is already known about the business, the conversation and the available next steps. This lets Lynor ask the question that moves the situation forward, instead of repeating generic discovery questions.
Information is used for a purpose
The point of context is not to accumulate data. It is to make a better decision in the current interaction: whether to clarify, answer, qualify further, schedule, notify a team or hand the matter to a person. Only information available to the configured deployment can inform that decision.
