Meta Lead Ads follow-up
Lynor offers an official Meta integration. Once an ad account is connected, users see its native lead forms and can enable or disable lead contact independently for each form.
Connect and select forms
A Lynor user connects a supported Meta advertising account in one click. Lynor displays the Facebook and Instagram native lead forms in that account, so the user enables follow-up only for the forms they choose.
Contact while intent is strongest
The configured flow can send a first message roughly 20–30 seconds after the form is submitted, then call the lead in under one minute.
If the lead answers
Lynor qualifies the conversation and can book through Calendly or Cal.com. Without either tool, the opportunity can be sent by email to the relevant person with a context summary.
If the lead does not answer
Lynor sends an SMS on behalf of the business. It can include the agent’s phone number so the lead can call at any time, and the agent’s WhatsApp contact link when WhatsApp is configured.
Why form-level control matters
Different campaigns, offers and audiences can require different treatment. Form-level control lets a business activate immediate contact where it creates value, while leaving another form untouched. The lead strategy is therefore aligned with the intent created by each campaign.
From speed to a useful commercial outcome
Contacting a lead quickly is only the beginning. Lynor then qualifies the conversation, adapts the next questions to the person’s responses and chooses the configured outcome: a scheduled meeting, a conversation that continues, or a contextual opportunity sent to the right person.
